The US Olympic Committee is expected to announce the 2024 U.S. bid city at 4:15 p.m. this afternoon at the Denver International Airport. Following the announcement, USOC executives will fly to the chosen city. Washington, D.C. has been in the running, along with Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco, for more than a year and a half. The final 2024 host city will be chosen by the International Olympic Committee in September 2017.
