United States Navy Memorial Commemoration

The Navy Memorial will remember Pearl Harbor Day as they commemorate the anniversary with a wreathlaying attended by several local Pearl Harbor survivors.

The speaker and Pearl Harbor Survivors who will participate in the event include:
• Speaker: Rear Adm. Kleber S. Masterson, Jr., USN (Ret), son of the late Vice Adm. Kleber S. Masterson, Sr. – USS Arizona (BB-39)
• Harris Bircher, USS West Virginia (BB-48)
• Cdr. John Budzik, USNR (Ret) – USS Ash (YN-2)
• Robert Carson, USS Curtis (AV-4)
• Edward Davis – Schofield Barracks (Army)
• Roy Frank, Naval Station Pearl Harbor
• Freeman K. Johnson – USS St.Louis (CL-49)
• Clarence Rugger – Naval Submarine Base Pearl Harbor
• Francis Stueve – Schofield Barracks (Army)
• Mrs. Irene Telecky, widow of Chief Eugene Telecky, USN (Ret.

) and their two sons
