Guests get 10 of the Chesapeake crustaceans spiced up with cider vinegar and Old Bay seasoning, plus a mallet to make the meal manageable. The shellfish spread is served with a pair of ever-changing side dishes – such as corn on the cob, shrimp with mussels, cornbread, coleslaw and potato salad – and dessert.
