Arlington's shrine to swine turns the spotlight on it's house-cured bacon for a week of delicious festivities.

Do you like hamming it up, bringing home the bacon and going whole hog? Sorry for all the porky puns, but we’re very excited about Restaurant 3’s third annual Week o’ Bacon, which runs from October 13-22.

Arlington’s shrine to swine is kicking off the seven-day homage to all things pork with a patio pig roast on Thursday, October 13. During the festivities, lovers of the other white meat will be able to feast on $5 pulled pork sandwiches and American craft beer specials.

Throughout the week, the eatery will be offering a three-course bacon tasting menu ($30 per person, not including tax or tip), which includes hog-centric dishes like country fried bacon, bacon wrapped pork loin with bacon-cornbread stuffing, and bacon stuffed waffles topped with maple bacon ice cream. If that’s not enough, you can take home a pound of the house-cured bacon for $12.

Make a reservation online or by calling 703-524-4440 and don’t forget to put your cardiologist on speed dial before you go.
