Fiola celebrates truffle season by offering a special deal on the rare delicacies.

Truffles are the diamonds of the gourmet food world. They’re hard to find, size always matters and they command exorbitant prices.
Luckily for fans of the swanky shrooms, Fiola is celebrating Bianchetto white truffle season by offering them to customers at cost and without markup throughout the month of January, or as long as supplies last.
Diners are given their own slicer, so they can choose to shave the aromatic mushrooms on any dish they choose.
Classic pairings include risotto, sunny-side up eggs and tagliatelle, but guests are encouraged to try the earthy, nutty truffles on whatever they please.
Truffles are priced according to size – starting at around for 28 grams – which is still cheaper than anything sparkly that comes in a little blue box from Tiffany’s.
