Raise a glass to a sweet wine war that will make you blush. Now through Labor Day, Proof is hosting War of the Rosés. With a variety of blush-colored wines for $35 a bottle, guests can try various rosés and decide for themselves which one reigns supreme. Selected by Wine Director Sebastian Zutant, the list includes wines from around the world, such as the 2011 Ameztoi Rubentis Txakolina from Spain, the 2010 Castello Di Ama Rosato from Italy, and the 2011 J. Mourat Rosé from France. The special price is only available on the restaurant’s patio and in the bar and lounge.
