New spa service offers Washingtonians a convenient way to unwind.

The Uber of spa services, Zeel, has officially arrived to the D.C. metro area, redefining what it means to enjoy the comfort of your own home. With just the click of a mouse, the on-demand service brings licensed masseuses to your doorstep in as quickly as an hour.
Since launching in New York City three years ago, Zeel has expanded its reach nationally with the addition of D.C., Maryland and Virginia increasing its presence to 11 states.
The process is simple — sign up through the app or online, choose your preferred massage style (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal or couple), and pick a time limit (60, 75 or 90-minutes). Payment, which ranges from 9 to 7 with tip, is also processed ahead of time so there is no need to worry about an awkward exchange later.
Once your masseuse completes the transformation from living room-to-spa, the only thing left to do is drift off to the relaxing sounds of chimes and waterfalls. Or, if ambient music is not the vibe you’re going for, cue up something from the personal collection — you are at home after all.
Zeel’s annual membership plan offers monthly massages at 15-25% off and includes a free table.
