Celebrate love with Ladurée this Valentine’s with their 2019 Valentine’s collection, featuring heart-shaped macarons and four-piece chocolate gift boxes. This year’s signature Valentine’s Day dessert, Ladurée à la folie Saint-Honoré, is comprised of vanilla ice cream and a raspberry confit perfumed with fresh ginger and topped with a lime. Magnolia Bakery
Magnolia’s Bakery is offering a variety of festive treats this season of love, including vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cupcakes decorated with sweet buttercream roses, their classic sugar cookies mixed with Valentine’s confetti, and, of course, buttery, heart-shaped sugar cookies. Ocean Prime
Ocean Prime’s Washington location is offering an array of specials this Valentine’s day. Elyx with Love, the cocktail of the night, pairs well with both decadent entrees: wagyu Manhattan filet with twice baked lobster tail and point cherry jus and roasted sea bass over Alaskan king crab gnocchi with champagne cream. Iron Gate ‘Tunnel of Love’
Iron Gate’s annual Valentine’s Day bar returned this year complete with a boozy vegan hot chocolate and a “Bird Box” inspired cocktail. This year’s theme is centered around love songs and bartender Nick Farrell has one for every occasion, including “Thank U, Next” and “Drunk in Love.” Menu items from chef Tony Chittum include “You got me twisted over you” (Gemelli pasta fritters) and “But you need someone to spice it up” (grilled white stone oysters). Valentine’s Day Comedy Show
Tired of the same Valentine’s dinner plans? Switch up this year’s date night with a festive show at Comedy Club DC.
Starr Struck Comedy is hosting a Valentine’s Day comedy show including performers such as Alexx Starr and Jackie Olsa that will be sure to make you laugh out loud.

Valentine’s Day Dessert Reception and Concert
Join the O Street Museum for an intimate concert the night of Valentine’s featuring Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Felix Cavaliere, best known for his career in The Rascals. A meet and greet and dessert reception will follow the concert. Event is $50 for just the concert and $100 including the meet and greet and dessert reception. Tickets can be bought here.

Anti-Valentine’s Day Brunch
Single this Valentine’s Day? Luckily, Dear Divorcee has the perfect event for the occasion.
