Nicole Lynn Lewis wasn’t your average pregnant teenager. Her father was a university administrator, her mother was completing a master’s degree in fine arts and her sister was in graduate school at Yale. Lewis was a high school honors student, leader of her youth gospel choir and about to begin college. Then she got pregnant.
