A lot of Washingtonians enjoy a little nip and tuck, but most of them don’t boast about it. Executive chef Bertrand Chemel at 2941 in Falls Church is more than happy to tell diners about the restaurant’s new facelift and his extensive work on the completely revamped menu.

Dishes are divided into five n-themed categories: Nosh, Next, Noodles, Need and Naughty. Highlights include Wagyu sliders on brioche buns slathered with piquillo mayo, a pheasant and foie rillette, and roasted duck a la orange. Recently appointed pastry chef Caitlin Dysart has created a completely new set of desserts, including her play on the classic Caribbean Dark & Stormy cocktail made with a boozy Jamaican rum cake, ginger pudding and zingy lime sorbet.

As a welcome back special, diners will enjoy a 12% discount on all food purchases until February 9th. Now that’s the kind of work we always want to talk about: a great restaurant taking a scalpel to the check.
