March 23-29 | SHIFT: A Festival of American Orchestras

Join the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Washington Performing Arts for SHIFT, a celebration of creativity and an opportunity for community building.

This year’s week-long festival will feature the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra and the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra (NY).

Each orchestra will present educational events, symposia and community events across the city and full-orchestra performances in the Kennedy Center Concert Hall at various times throughout the week.
